REFUND POLICY

👋 Introduction

Hi!

We know that policy documents can be confusing and full of legal jargon, so we’ve written our returns and refunds policy plainly. At Nurtured First, we create print-at-home toolkits and online courses to support your family and parenting journey. Since these are different types of products, they have different refund policies.

This page explains:

  • What can and can’t be refunded
  • How to request a refund if you’re eligible
  • What to do if you run into technical issues
  • How to get help if you need it

 

Print-at-Home Toolkits Policy

  • All toolkit sales are final
  • No returns or refunds are possible due to the digital nature of these products
  • If you purchased the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of purchase (before downloading)

 

Online Courses Policy

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must have completed 50% or less of the course content
  • You must request the refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Your account must be in good standing (e.g. no prior violations of our Terms of Use)
  • The course must not be part of a special promotional or bundled offer that was advertised as non-refundable.

Except where otherwise required by law, these eligibility requirements apply in full.

Non-Refundable Items, unless otherwise required by law:

  • Courses where more than 50% of the content has been completed
  • Courses accessed for more than 30 days without a refund request
  • Special promotional or bundled purchases that were advertised as non-refundable prior to purchase

 

Terms Violation and Access Removal

We reserve the right to remove access to any content without refund if:

  • You have violated our Terms of Use
  • You have engaged in copyright infringement of our materials
  • You have participated in account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or other prohibited activities

This section does not limit any statutory rights that may be applicable. But, if a breach by you is confirmed, we may deny your refund request.

Technical Support

If you experience technical issues:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Try a different browser
  3. Contact support@nurturedfirst.com with:
    • Screenshots of the error
    • Device and browser information
    • Steps to reproduce the issue

 

Refund Process

To request an eligible refund:

  1. Email support@nurturedfirst.com with “Course Refund Request”
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for refund
    • Purchase email address
    • Course completion percentage

Content Deletion Requirement:

Before we can process your refund, we ask that you:

  • Cease using and delete all downloaded course materials from your devices
  • If you have printed materials, destroy them and confirm in writing that you have done so

If you have difficulty deleting any course-related materials, please contact us. We will not unreasonably withhold a refund due solely to good-faith disputes over deletion. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

By requesting a refund, you acknowledge that:

  • You will no longer access or use any of the course materials
  • Continued use of course materials after the refund is processed constitutes copyright infringement
  • Failure to delete content will result in refund denial
  • Any discovered use of materials after refund may result in legal action

Processing Details:

  • 1-5 business days typical processing time
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Processing time may vary by payment provider

If you are considering filing a chargeback with your payment provider, we kindly ask that you contact us first. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues promptly. Addressing your concerns directly with us via email may result in a faster and more satisfactory resolution and can help you avoid the time and effort of going through a chargeback process.
